Clay Coat & Foam Core Mounting Boards
Description:
Foam filled lightweight finished board perfect for interior or temporary sign needs. Smooth surface suitable for mounting printed material for display.
Clay Coat adds some dent resistance for higher traffic areas.
Economical and easy to cut for your custom display needs.
Comes in various thickness from 3/16” - 2” thick.
Typical Application:
Menu board, trade shows, poster mounting, directional signs, presentation graphics, mounted photos, cut-out letters, screen printed graphics, backing boards, temporary walls, parade floats, blueprint, charts, and graph mounting, and costumes.
BANNERS
Banners get your message across in a “big” way. Some uses are advertising, celebrations, and event publicity. For interior or exterior use. Standard banners come with hem and grommets, or upon request, pole pockets at top and/or bottom are available.
Material types: 13 oz. vinyl for 3-6 months (exterior) use and 10 oz. vinyl for 3 months or less (interior) usage time. Banners are portable and light weight.
Sizes: Any size is available. We will customize sizing without additional charges. Some standard sizes are 2’ x 4’, 2’ x 6’, 3’ x 6’, 3’ x 8’, and 4’ x 8’.
Colors: Many colors are available for banners and lettering; please inquire. Full color photographic banners are also available.

MAGNETIC SIGNS
Magnetic-backed polystyrene-coated sheet creates a smooth, lightweight and flexible sign. For use on vehicles or metal surfaces. Constructed with vinyl-cut lettering or full color photographic vinyl images.

PLASTIC
Corrugated Plastic Sheets (Coraplast)
Description: Corrugated Polypropylene. Limited exterior life. Corrugated Plastic Sheets readily accepts pressure-sensitive vinyl graphics, screen inks, and digital images. Mount in frames, on stakes or with Step-Stakes®. Available in a variety of colors and sizes.
Corrugated Plastic Sheets are used extensively for indoor and outdoor signage, display panels, real estate signs, election signs, hiking trail signs, yard sale signs, parade signs, exhibition stands, and hand-held signs.
Extruded PVC Sheet (Komatex, Sintra)
Description: Tough and Versatile for Multiple Uses
PVC Sheeting is a lightweight closed-cell, foam free, rigid substrate. It is homogeneously colored with a matte finish that is tough and versatile enough for many of today’s applications. PVC sheeting is available in 14 standard, vibrant colors and a variety of thicknesses and sizes to fit most uses. The matte surface is the perfect substrate for screen printing, painting, laminating, vinyl lettering and forming projects. PVC sheeting can be sawed, drilled, bent and fabricated using ordinary (plastic) tools and fasteners. PVC sheeting is manufactured to be used for interior and limited exterior applications. Generally ground mounted using Step-Stakes®.
Typical Application:
Whenever the following characteristics are needed:
- Chemical and corrosion resistance
- Moisture resistance, very low water absorption (will not rot)
- Low flammability, perfect for trade show and exhibit hall use
- Thermal and sound insulation (absorbs vibrations and oscillations)
- Approved for use where food is processed or sold
- Similar surface finish on both sides of the sheet
- Matte surface: ready to accept most inks, paints and vinyls
- Ease of fabrication with ordinary plastics hand tools
- Easily bonded to similar material and many other materials
- Superior dent and scratch resistance
- Can be easily die-cut in gauges up to 5mm
- PVC sheets are not harmful to human health or the environment in their manufacture, application and disposal.
- PVC sheeting is free of lead, cadmium and barium and complies with national and international regulations protecting health and the environment.
WOODEN AND COMPOSITE SIDE PANELS
Wooden signs have been a classic staple in the sign business. Durable to the weather and wind, wood is often the only substrate some historical district codes will accept! Wooden signs can be painted and routed to custom shapes for the exact impact you hope to make.
Be sure to note that due to the drying times, colored backgrounds for wooden signs will require 14 working day lead time.

UV Finished Wood Panel
Description:
UV finished board is a rigid yet easily machinable substrate with faces that allow for vinyl applications, painting, screen printing, and digital image applications. Specially formulated melamine film, adhered to face and back, resists moisture, abrasion, and maintains exceptional color value

METAL
Coated Aluminum
Description: Available in a wide variety of colors and sizes. Most painted sheets are color one side, white on the reverse side. Bright white sheets are painted with an acrylic paint while all other colors use a polyester paint.
Typical Application: Sign blank material for many applications both interior and exterior including license plate blanks, no parking signs, and real estate signage.
Ultra Aluminum
Description:
Ultra Aluminum delivers the same impact and appeal as metal, but in a durable foam-centered product. It can be sawed or routed, and is easier to craft than solid metal. The surface is anodized aluminum which will not rust, fade or tarnish. The back side is high-impact polystyrene. It is available in gold and chrome finishes as well as acrylic baked white. White and Black Foam backs available in various thickness: ½”3/4” 1” Thick.
Typical Application: Ultra Aluminum is the ideal material for decorative letters and logos often seen in hotels, banks and office buildings.
Aluminum Plastic Composite Sheet (Dibond, Alumalite)
Description:
A rigid, durable aluminum composite material consisting of two pre-painted sheets of .012-inch aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core (Dibond) — a unique composition that makes it approximately one-half the weight of aluminum. Alumalite has a corrugated plastic core. Both have a finished aluminum surface that won’t crack, chip, flake or peel and a water-resistant, plastic core, making it perfect for your outdoor or UV-exposed indoor applications. The core is a high density polymer that will not swell, wick water, corrode, rot or delaminate. The finished surface is .012-inch, high-gloss white aluminum on two sides, or with a light gauge aluminum backer. An aluminum surface is bonded to both sides to balance the board and maximize flatness.
Aluminum Plastic Composite Sheet can be incorporated into both interior and exterior displays and offers excellent outdoor durability.

Wall mount, kiosk displays, photo mounting, post & panel signs, POP displays, hanging signs, billboard, fascias, exhibits, retail display, interior signs, exterior signs, structural signs.
Acrylic Plastic-Faced Signs
Comes in clear or opaque. Can be used for back-lit signage.
